How we teach

Know what to change.
Understand why.

Every lesson has a clear focus. We learn an approach together, apply it to new questions and look closely at what happened, so you always know your next step.

  1. Learn a strategy

Understand an approach to each question type and when to use it.

  2. Practise applying it

Build efficiency and adapt your approach across different questions.

  3. Review with purpose

Identify why mistakes happen and what to work on next.

Inside the Masterclass

Every class

  1. Check in and set targets
  2. Learn the strategy
  3. Practise it
  4. Review
  5. Homework

A little clarity

UCAT questions.
Clear answers.

When should I start preparing?

Earlier gives you more time to build and refine your methods, but starting later isn’t a lost cause. Tell us your test date and we’ll plan around the time you have.

Is it too late to start?

No. We’ll focus on the changes that make the biggest difference in the time available.

How many lessons will I need?

There’s no fixed number. We’ll talk through your goals and starting point and suggest a plan that suits you.

Which subtests do you cover?

All four: Verbal Reasoning, Decision Making, Quantitative Reasoning and Situational Judgement. We’ll spend most time where you need it most.

What if my starting score is low?

A starting score is just a starting point. We look at why questions are being missed, fix accuracy first, then build speed.

Do I need a question bank?

It helps to have plenty of practice material. We’ll talk you through what’s useful alongside your lessons.

Your next step doesn’t have to be a big one
